I called on them when my 15 year old heat pump hot water system let me down and I had no hot water. Carla in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. She arranged for Daniel to come out the next morning to check out the system. He advised that he could repair it but it wasn't worth spending the money on a system of that age. Consequently, he converted it from a heat pump system to a conventional electric system temporarily so I would have hot water until he returned to install my new heat pump system at a convenient time for me. The new unit looks good. Daniel did a very neat job of the installation and he left the site very tidy. The whole process was quick and easy due to the efficiency of both Carla and Daniel.
